You must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a legally binding contract. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to break its security, interfere with other users, or use automated tools to copy its content.

You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your password confidential. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

We try to describe and photograph every watch accurately. Colours can look different on different screens, and small variations in finish or dial are normal. Specifications such as case size and water resistance are as supplied for each model.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. If we discover a pricing error after you order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you paid.

When you place an order, we reserve the watches for you. An order is confirmed once we accept it (for online payments, after your payment succeeds). Stock is limited and we may cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable; we will refund anything you paid. Online-payment orders that are not paid within 30 minutes are cancelled automatically.

• Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
• Cash on delivery is available for orders up to ₹50,000. Larger orders must be paid online.
• One discount code can be used per order. Codes may have a minimum order value, a maximum discount, an expiry date or a limit on total uses, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days and express delivery 1–2 business days, once the order has been dispatched. Standard delivery is free on orders of ₹4,500 or more; otherwise delivery charges are shown at checkout. These timings are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier or local conditions. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and tell us promptly if it is damaged.

You can cancel an order before it ships and return an unused watch within 7 days of delivery. The details are in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

The Watch Heavens name, logo, photographs, text and design are ours or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written consent.

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Indian consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
